Proposals should be received by the City Secretary at the City of Schertz Administrative Building located at 1400 Schertz Parkway, Building #2, Schertz, Texas 78154 by 10:00 a.m. (CST) on Thursday, January 22, 2009 via hand delivery or mail carrier. **NO FAX OR E-MAIL proposals will be accepted. Proposals must be submitted with 1 original and 3 copies and clearly marked in a sealed envelope with "Mowing and Landscaping Services 08-PK-51-S-01". Proposals submitted after aforementioned date and time will not be accepted.

Interested Proposers may attend a Pre-Proposal meeting on January 15, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. (CST) in the City of Schertz Administrative Conference Room located in the Administrative Building. Proposers may obtain copies of the proposal from the Purchasing Department or may view the proposal online at www.schertz.com. Questions in reference to this proposal shall be directed to George Logan, Parks & Recreation Director, at 210-619-1612.

The City of Schertz reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to select the proposal deemed in the best interest of the the City from those received.
