Notice is hereby given that the polling places listed below will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on November 3, 2009, for voting in Special Election calling a non-binding referendum to be held in the City of Schertz, Texas concerning the City’s Curbside Recycling Program.
