The Finance Department's function is to provide financial management assistance to the City Manager. To
provide assistance to all departments with purchasing, payroll, payables, and cash collections. To facilitate
the preparation of the annual budget and the comprehensive
annual financial report. Specific duties include investments,
budget, debt management, purchasing, financial reporting, accounts
payable and payroll. |
