Records Division

The Records Division is under the Support Services Division.  The Records Division is staffed at this time by three Records Clerks: G. Clark, M. Izuno, and C. Gautreaux.  The Records Division processes and maintains files on all incoming police reports to include adult, juvenile incidents, accidents, arrest reports, field contact cards, and fingerprints of arrested persons.  The Records Division forwards all report copies to the appropriate courts and agencies, and provides the public with copies of requested public information.  Records also handles statistical request and complies UCR reports for submission to the State. Records normal duty hours are from 8 to 5 Monday through Friday.
