The City's Records Management Department is responsible for maintaining the City’s Record Management Program in accordance with our City Ordinance and State Mandates, maintain the document imaging program, and is responsible for the maintenance of the records control schedule. This area works closely with Departments for records destruction and provides documentation to the departments.

Open Record Requests are handled by the City Secretary Department.
